Ordering on-line is the easiest way to get your order moving, especially for simple orders that do not require graphics, have unusual delivery situations, payment methods, timing, or location issues. All you need to do to order is go to the "SHOP" tab above, put the items in your cart, and check out!
If you think you may have an unusual situation regarding your order, please call us before placing an on-line order.
NOTE: On-line orders can only be shipped to the continental US. If you need shipping outside the continental US, please call us and use the "off-line" process.
For off-line orders, our process is pretty straight-forward too.
- We confirm the details of the order by phone or e-mail
- You review and approve the estimate
- We convert the estimate to an invoice for your final review as needed
- We collect and process payment information
- We release warehouse/service orders as appropriate
- We follow the fulfillment process and update you on progress
Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide you with tracking information and receiving instructions. The receiving instructions are also available anytime on the "FAQS" page.
Orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and season. That said, we recommend you place your order at least 45-60 days in advance of when you first expect to use the equipment to allow you the best opportunity to be familiar with the operation of your equipment and to allow for any unexpected delays. Carriers will not guarantee absolute delivery dates and therefore we can not guarantee absolute delivery dates so please plan your lead time accordingly.
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through the website. Off-line methods include major credits and bank drafts. If you need 3rd party financing, check the "FAQS" page for additional information.
