You can complete most orders on-line using the "SHOP" tab above. If you have a complicated request that doesn't quite fit the way options are presented or you have questions, please feel free to call or email us.  Traditionally, we've completed orders off-line and do enjoy talking with folks from all over the country. 

Like us to put your graphics on the cart for you?  Look for the downloadable graphics instructions on pages for products for which we can add graphics or go to the downloads section below. NOTE: If you order graphics as part of a package, the graphics files must be sent separately to sales@cardinalcarts.com.  We can take files via DropBox as well. Need design help? Have that too--call us!

Sometimes you don't quite have all the financing you need to get a project off the ground.  Just in case you need an extra hand, we have a few 3rd party finance options you may consider. Finance decisions back within a business day!

Shipping isn't really all that complicated, but there are a few things you should know before you order!  And a few after you order.  We'll send you receiving instructions with tracking info, but you're welcome to download them now.

Sometimes, reality doesn't meet expectations. Subject to manufacturer and service provider limitations, restrictions, and fees, we may be able to accept a return. Please see our detailed instructions and policy at the link below.

All warranties on Cardinal Carts equipment packages are provided and serviced by the individual original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or their appointed US supplier/service representatives.  If you have warranty needs, call us first and we'll connect you to the right point of contact for your equipment.
